With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Returns & ReplacementsParts, Accessories and Clothing can be returned within 30 days of purchase instore or online.
Bikes + Frames can be returned within 14 days if ordered online and within 30 days for manufacturer faulty/damaged goods.Goods must be in original undamaged packaging and packed to prevent damage during transit.Goods must not have been fitted or used.We recommend using a recorded postal service.Online purchases: We are not responsible for the cost of returning items unless we sent you the wrong item or the item was damaged or faulty. In which case we will refund reasonable postal costs, excluding special delivery, premium postal services or international postage.Instore purchases: All instore orders must be returned and collected from the store they were ordered from.Cyclo Monster Limited is not responsible for compensating for any loss, time or costs in undertaking a return for any reason including warranty returns.All return requests should be submitted in writing or via email.Special orders items (i.e not instock at time of order and ordered in specifically for a customer) that are canceled after order will incure a 15% restocking fee or loss of deposit.We do not accept returns on custom bike builds, bikes that have been ridden or any other custom items.NOTE: Please do not tape up or attach labels direct to the retail packaging, please wrap the product first.Please complete our returns form if you need to return an item
