Bike Stolen but insured ?
If you have been unfortunate enough to have had your bike stolen and they are insured your insurance company may want you to buy from their preferred shop.
You don't have to accept this and can often take a cash settlement, the insurance company may offer you a reduced amount to do this. Provide us with a copy of your cash settlement offer and we will see if we can match that price to help get you back on the road as soon as possible.
You get to buy locally from Cyclo Monster, get the bike of your choice and all the great sales and warranty support that comes with your friendly local bike shop.
Bike Stolen and not Insured?
If your bike has been stolen and it wasn't insured we would like to help ease the pain by offering you 10% of the bikes value back in free accessories. All we require is an official police report, as soon as this is verified we will issue a credit not to the value of 10%. (Exludes sale bikes, financed Bikes, Cycle Schemes other exclusions may apply)
Purchased a Bike Online with or without Insurance?
We can build and carry out a full pre delivery inspection on your new bike for only £35, and we will also include a free 6 week safety check in the price. You can have it delivered direct to us so now waiting around at home and we will dispose of all the waste materials. Your bike will be ready to ride straight out of the shop and will now be fully warrantable as its been built by a trained mechanic.
