Cyclo Monster Bike Shop Derby Terms & Conditions


We do our best to ensure the availability of all advertised products and endeavor to despatch all parts within the quoted time. We aim to ship all in-stock items ordered before 2 pm the same day where possible, with the exception of bikes which require additional time to build and prepare for shipment, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
If there is a delay we will inform you of this via email or phone and the product will be despatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of the products ordered. Should your order be delayed due to postal issues such as strike action we would request additional time is allowed for this.
Selecting a next day service does not guarantee the item will be delivered next day only that a next day service is used. If a next day service is required we advise calling to ensure we can ship the item the same day.
We will do our best to get all orders sent out as quickly as possible. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time, prior to shipment where order processing has not already started.
Occasionally we find ourselves having to withdraw an item because it has become obsolete or has been discontinued. If you have placed an order for an item that has been made obsolete we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative if one is available.
Bike Sales: We display some bikes on the shop floor. When you purchase a bike from us it may come directly from the warehouse or the shop floor. All bikes are sold as new unless otherwise advised.

We reserve the right to pass on the cost of any supplier midseason price increase after an order has been placed for pre ordered items. In this event the customer would be required to pay the additional balance or cancel the order with a full refund.

Any import or customs charges incurred from importing items are the responsibility of the customer and would be charged in addition to the agreed sale price of the item.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment over the Internet can be made via PayPal or credit card using Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro or Solo cards, PayPal. Card charges will appear on your statement as "Cyclomonste". A PayPal account is not required to make a credit card payment, after clicking the PayPal option there is a link to pay without having a PayPal account.
Due to the nature of the clearing system your payment will be taken at the point of processing. If a problem in supply should occur, your payment method will be refunded as swiftly as possible.
The refund may take a couple of days to show as cleared funds on your account, depending on payment provider. We reserve the right to amend or cancel an order in the event of incorrectly displayed prices or incorrect discount codes.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your order reaches your country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. Deposits placed on any items are none refundable.

Price Match
We only offer price match on items that are in stock and available for immediate dispatch on a UK company in exactly the same variant.
The item(s) must be in stock, in the same size, colour and model from the company you wish us to price match.
VIP reward points can not be used as part payment on any price match.
VIP reward points are not included with any price match.
Comparison value includes delivery charges.
We have the right to refuse a price match at any time without further explanation.
We can not price match on cycle to work, finance or trade in's.
We can not price match Black Friday deals.

Reward Points
Points earned on purchases do not become active until the day after the purchase.
All points promotions exclude financed products, sale bikes, on sale items, bike purchases when trading in a bike, price match and cycle to work scheme vouchers.
Points amounts can vary on some products or brands. Other exclusions may apply.
Rewards points expire after 2 years.

Orders can be viewed in the accounts tab, by Login to My Account

Updating Account Information

You can help us update and maintain the accuracy of any personal information you supply by using the account profile pages or notifying us of any changes to your address, title, phone number or e-mail address.
