Here’s a simple overview of our key terms:

• 🚚 Fast Dispatch:
  Order before 2pm for same-day dispatch on in-stock items (bikes take longer to prepare)
• ⏱️ Delivery Times:
  Next-day delivery is not guaranteed — it means a next-day courier service is used
• 📦 Multiple Items:
  Orders may arrive in separate deliveries
• ❌ Cancellations:
  You can cancel your order before dispatch if processing hasn’t started
• 🔄 Out of Stock Items:
  If something becomes unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative or full refund
• 💳 Payments:
  Payments are taken at the point of order processing
• 🌍 International Orders:
  Import duties and taxes are not included and must be paid by the customer
• 🏷️ Price Match:
  Available on identical, in-stock items from UK based retailers only (exclusions apply)
• 🎁 Reward Points:
  Points activate the day after purchase and expire after 5 years
• 💷 Deposits:
  All deposits are non-refundable

🛒 Ordering

We aim to make ordering as smooth and reliable as possible:

• Dispatch Times
  • In-stock items ordered before 2pm are usually dispatched the same day
  • Bikes require additional time for building and preparation
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays)
• Delays
  • If there is a delay, we will notify you via email or phone
  • Items will be dispatched as soon as they become available
  • Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately
  • We are not liable for delivery delays, including those caused by couriers or strike action
• Next Day Delivery
  • Selecting a next-day service means a next-day courier is used, not guaranteed delivery
  • For urgent orders, please contact us before ordering
• Order Changes & Cancellations
  • You may cancel delayed orders before dispatch, provided processing hasn’t started
• Product Availability
  • Occasionally items may become obsolete or discontinued
  • If this happens, we will:
    • Inform you as soon as possible
    • Offer an alternative or refund

🚲 Bike Sales

• Bikes may be supplied from the shop floor or warehouse
• All bikes are sold as new unless stated otherwise

📦 Pre-Orders & Pricing

• We reserve the right to apply supplier price increases to pre-orders if they change after ordering
• Customers may:
  • Pay the difference
  • Or cancel for a full refund

🌍 International Orders

• Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility
• These are charged in addition to the order total

💳 Payment, Pricing & Promotions

• We accept:
  • Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Klarna
  • PayPal (no account required to pay by card)
• Payments are taken at the point of order processing
• If an item cannot be supplied, a refund will be issued promptly
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
• We reserve the right to:
  • Cancel or amend orders due to pricing errors or invalid discount codes
• Deposits are non-refundable
• We do not accept payments via phone to prevent fraud, but we can send a secure payment link to take a deposit or full payment

If you’ve seen the same product at a lower price from a UK retailer, speak to us — we’ll always do our best to help.

✔ We can price match when:

• The item is identical (same model, size and specification)
• It’s in stock and available to buy now
• It’s from a UK-based authorised retailer

❌ Price match does not apply to:

• Marketplace sellers (eBay, Amazon third-party)
• Clearance, flash sales or pricing errors
• Grey imports or non-UK stock
• Bundle offers, discount codes or loyalty schemes

• Professional assembly and safety checks
• In-store setup and sizing support

If you’ve seen the same bike at a lower price from a UK retailer, speak to us — we’ll always aim to offer a fair and competitive price, taking into account the level of service and support included.

We don’t just sell bikes — we support them after you ride out the door.
