We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
🕒 Returns Window
- Parts, Accessories & Clothing: Return within 30 days (in-store or online)
- Bikes & Frames: Return within 30 days (online orders only)
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unfitted, and in resale condition
- Returned in original, undamaged packaging
- Properly packed to prevent damage in transit
(Contact us if you need packaging advice)
⚠️ Important:
Please do not attach labels or tape directly to retail packaging — wrap the item securely first.
🚚 Returning Your Item
Online Orders
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs
- We recommend using a tracked/recorded delivery service
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will:
- Refund reasonable return postage costs
(Excludes premium/special delivery or international shipping)
In-Store Purchases
- Must be returned to the original store of purchase
- Collection will also be from that store
⚠️ Important Information
- Return requests must be submitted in writing or via email
- We are not responsible for loss, time, or costs incurred during returns (including warranty returns)
🔧 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom bike builds
- Used or ridden bikes
- Custom or made-to-order items
📌 Special Orders
Items ordered specifically for a customer (not held in stock):
- May incur a restocking fee if cancelled
- Or loss of deposit
