🛒 Ordering
We aim to make ordering as smooth and reliable as possible:
- Dispatch Times
- In-stock items ordered before 2pm are usually dispatched the same day
- Bikes require additional time for building and preparation
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays)
- Delays
- If there is a delay, we will notify you via email or phone
- Items will be dispatched as soon as they become available
- Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately
- We are not liable for delivery delays, including those caused by couriers or strike action
- Next Day Delivery
- Selecting a next-day service means a next-day courier is used, not guaranteed delivery
- For urgent orders, please contact us before ordering
- Order Changes & Cancellations
- You may cancel delayed orders before dispatch, provided processing hasn’t started
- Product Availability
- Occasionally items may become obsolete or discontinued
- If this happens, we will:

- Offer an alternative or refund
🚲 Bike Sales
- Bikes may be supplied from the shop floor or warehouse
- All bikes are sold as new unless stated otherwise
📦 Pre-Orders & Pricing
- We reserve the right to apply supplier price increases to pre-orders if they change after ordering
- Customers may:
- Pay the difference
- Or cancel for a full refund
🌍 International Orders
- Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility
- These are charged in addition to the order total
💳 Payment, Pricing & Promotions

- Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Klarna
- PayPal (no account required to pay by card)
- Payments are taken at the point of order processing
- If an item cannot be supplied, a refund will be issued promptly

We offer price matching under the following conditions:
- Item must be:
- In stock and available for immediate dispatch
- From a UK-based retailer
- Identical in model, size, and colour
- Additional terms:
- Delivery costs are included in price comparisons
- Not valid with:
- Finance or Cycle to Work schemes
- Trade-ins
- Black Friday or promotional deals
- VIP reward points:
- Cannot be used or earned on price-matched items
- We reserve the right to refuse a price match at our discretion
🎁 Reward Points
- Points become active the day after purchase
- Points are not awarded on:
- Finance purchases
- Sale items or bikes
- Trade-ins
- Price match orders
- Cycle to Work schemes
- Additional notes:
- Points values may vary by product, brand or discount level
- Points values are displayed on each website product pages and applies to instore purchases also
- Points expire after 5years
- Points cannot be redeemed against a price match
