Parts, Accessories & Clothing: Return within 30 days (in-store or online)
Bikes & Frames: Return within 30 days (online orders only)

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unfitted, and in resale condition
Returned in original, undamaged packaging
Properly packed to prevent damage in transit

Online Orders

Customers are responsible for return postage costs
We recommend using a tracked/recorded delivery service
