Returns & Replacements

Parts, Accessories and Clothing can be returned within 30 days of purchase instore or online.

Bikes + Frames can be returned within 14 days if ordered online and within 30 days for manufacturer faulty/damaged goods.
Goods must be in original undamaged packaging and packed to prevent damage during transit.
Goods must not have been fitted or used.
We recommend using a recorded postal service.
Online purchases: We are not responsible for the cost of returning items unless we sent you the wrong item or the item was damaged or faulty. In which case we will refund reasonable postal costs, excluding special delivery, premium postal services or international postage.
Instore purchases: All instore orders must be returned and collected from the store they were ordered from.
Cyclo Monster Limited is not responsible for compensating for any loss, time or costs in undertaking a return for any reason including warranty returns.
All return requests should be submitted in writing or via email.
Special orders items (i.e not instock at time of order and ordered in specifically for a customer) that are canceled after order will incure a 15% restocking fee or loss of deposit.
We do not accept returns on custom bike builds, bikes that have been ridden or any other custom items.
NOTE: Please do not tape up or attach labels direct to the retail packaging, please wrap the product first.

The Attention's sleek looks are thanks to its Smooth Welded head tube and seat tube junctions.

It incorporates a threaded bottom bracket and internal cable routing for long-lasting service and simple maintenance. There's even a flat disc mount that integrates seamlessly with our kickstand mount, and integrated mounting points for ACID mudguards and carrier. Updated geometry includes a lower top tube and tapered head tube for more confident handling, cables run internally for reduced maintenance, and there's plenty of room to run wide, grippy and comfortable 2.25in tyres.

The SizeSplit system has an expanded range too, so however tall you are there'll be an Attention that fits perfectly. And, as your skills increase, there's scope to fit a dropper post upgrade.
