Returns & Replacements

Parts, Accessories and Clothing can be returned within 30 days of purchase instore or online.

Bikes + Frames can be returned within 30 days if ordered online.
Goods must be in original undamaged packaging and packed to prevent damage during transit, please contact us if you require advice on packaging.
Goods must not have been fitted or used and be suitable for resale
We recommend using a recorded postal service.
Online purchases: We are not responsible for the cost of returning items unless we sent you the wrong item or the item was damaged or faulty. In which case we will refund reasonable postal costs, excluding special delivery, premium postal services or international postage.
Instore purchases: All instore orders must be returned and collected from the store they were ordered from.
Cyclo Monster Limited is not responsible for compensating for any loss, time or costs in undertaking a return for any reason including warranty returns.
All return requests should be submitted in writing or via email.
Special orders items (i.e not instock at time of order and ordered in specifically for a customer) that are cancelled after order may incure a 15% restocking fee or loss of deposit.
We do not accept returns on custom bike builds, bikes that have been ridden or any other custom items.
NOTE: Please do not tape up or attach labels direct to the retail packaging, please wrap the product first.

A bicycle is the most efficient means of getting from A to B on the planet. With the Kathmandu SLX by CUBE, the brand has gone further in reducing its impact by using sustainable materials in the manufacture of its front light, and recycled PET to make the mudguards. Schwalbe's fast-rolling Marathon Mondial tyres and Shimano's slick, reliable Cues 2x11 gears help speed you towards your destination, and there's a set of powerful Shimano Cues hydraulic disc brakes to ensure you can always slow and stop safely. The comfortable, easy-to-adjust RockShox Paragon Gold air suspension fork makes long days in the saddle a pleasure. And, with the Integrated Carrier 3.0, mudguards, lighting set and kickstand, you've everything you need for low-impact, low-carbon travel.

Attention to detail is a CUBE obsession. That's why, with the Kathmandu's Integrated Carrier 3.0, it was designed to work seamlessly with the ACID mudguard. A flat mount for the rear disc brake is fitted, which also accommodates the kickstand, and Smooth Welding is used to give the frame joints a tidy, organic appearance. The rear end is equipped with a thru-axle and a tapered head tube for improved rigidity and steering precision, even when fully laden. With Internal Cable Routing to complement the frame's clean looks, every detail has been considered.
