📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unfitted, and in resale condition
  • Returned in original, undamaged packaging
  • Properly packed to prevent damage in transit
    (Contact us if you need packaging advice)

Please do not attach labels or tape directly to retail packaging — wrap the item securely first.

🚚 Returning Your Item

Online Orders

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs
  • We recommend using a tracked/recorded delivery service
  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will:
    • Refund reasonable return postage costs
      (Excludes premium/special delivery or international shipping)

In-Store Purchases

  • Must be returned to the original store of purchase
  • Collection will also be from that store

The Nulane Hybrid C:62 SLX FE features a lightweight C:62 carbon frame and Bosch SX power, making it a reliable choice for both town and country.

Borrowing from experience building light, fast and tough gravel bikes, the Nulane Hybrid C:62 FE's carbon frame's organic curves and clean looks disguise serious intent. There is clearance for tyres up to 50mm, even with the included mudguards. There is a sturdy rear luggage carrier – perfect for commuting or touring – and mounts on the fork to add an optional second carrier. A neat lighting set with X-Connect front light is included, along with a kickstand. The Bosch drive system's control unit is incorporated into the top tube – with a mini handlebar remote – and a 250Wh PowerMore booster battery can be added to the frame for extended range. The hidden seat clamp, Direct Mount chain guide, Boost rear end and UDH compatibility make this a future-proof bike.

The Nulane Hybrid C:62 SLX FE includes mudguards, a carrier, lights and a kickstand. The lightweight Bosch SX drive unit and 400Wh battery work with Sram's Apex XPLR AXS 1x12 gears to deliver up to 60Nm of pedal assistance. Newmen Performance Gravel 25 wheels with 45mm Continental Terra Speed tyres and powerful Magura MT8 Pro hydraulic disc brakes ensure safety in all weather conditions.
