📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unfitted, and in resale condition
  • Returned in original, undamaged packaging
  • Properly packed to prevent damage in transit
    (Contact us if you need packaging advice)

Please do not attach labels or tape directly to retail packaging — wrap the item securely first.

🚚 Returning Your Item

Online Orders

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs
  • We recommend using a tracked/recorded delivery service
  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will:
    • Refund reasonable return postage costs
      (Excludes premium/special delivery or international shipping)

In-Store Purchases

  • Must be returned to the original store of purchase
  • Collection will also be from that store

The AMS Hybrid 177 C:62 TM is a lightweight, capable all-mountain e-mtb designed to take on rowdy, technical trails at high speed.

The AMS Hybrid 177 C:62 frame is built from Cube's C:62® carbon and fitted with the Bosch CX motor, featuring a built-in 600Wh PowerTube battery for the ideal balance of weight and range. The geometry and kinematics are designed for high-speed performance, while mullet wheels and 170mm travel front and rear deliver handling. An angle-adjustable headset allows for geometry tweaks to suit your preference. Internal Cable Routing complements the frame's clean aesthetic, alongside a UDH gear hanger and Direct Mount chain guard.

This model combines a lightweight C:62® carbon chassis and 170mm RockShox suspension components with Bosch's powerful CX motor and 600Wh battery. The bike is equipped with a RockShox Zeb Select+ fork and a Vivid Select shock. It features Newmen Beskar 30 wheels with Continental Argotal and Kryptotal 6.1cm (2.4") tyres, and Sram's powerful Maven Silver hydraulic disc brakes. A Kiox 400C controller monitors the Bosch CX drive and 600Wh battery's performance, while Sram's Eagle 90 Transmission 1x12 gears transfer power to the trail.
