To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unfitted, and in resale condition
  • Returned in original, undamaged packaging
  • Properly packed to prevent damage in transit
    (Contact us if you need packaging advice)

Online Orders

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs
  • We recommend using a tracked/recorded delivery service

We understand that your bike is a prized possession and leaving it unattended, even when secured, can be risky. Scout provides unparalleled bike security by combining both an extremely loud 85db bike alarm function with a highly accurate bike finder, using apple's "find my" app. The future of bike security is here

once armed, any movement of a scout fitted bike will trigger the motion-sensitive audio alarm discouraging any further movement and alerting the bik'?S owner, both by the sound of the alarm and via a notification that is automatically sent to the owner's iphone (when in bluetooth range).

Then in a scenario where a bike fitted with scout is not where the owner has left it, it can be quickly located using apple's network via the "find my" app

Knog Scout Bike Alarm and Finder Review

The Knog Scout Bike Finder is a handy little device that helps you locate your bike when you've forgotten where you parked it. As someone who frequently forgets where they left their bike, I was excited to try it out.

First off, I was impressed by the size of the device. It's small enough to fit on your keychain or in your pocket, yet powerful enough to locate your bike from a distance of up to 200 feet.

The device uses Bluetooth technology to connect to your smartphone, and the free Knog app guides you to your bike using a map. Setting up the device was fairly easy. I simply downloaded the app, turned on Bluetooth on my phone, and followed the instructions to pair the device. Once paired, I attached the device to my bike using the included silicone strap. The device itself is well-designed and feels sturdy.

It's water-resistant, so I didn't have to worry about getting caught in the rain.

The battery life is also impressive, with the device lasting up to 18 months on a single replaceable battery. In terms of performance, the Knog Scout Bike Finder did exactly what it promised.

I tested it out in a crowded parking lot and was able to locate my bike within a few seconds using the app's map feature. The app also has a "proximity alert" feature that notifies you when you're getting close to your bike, which I found helpful.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Knog Scout Bike Finder to anyone who frequently forgets where they parked their bike. It's easy to use, well-designed, and performs exactly as advertised.
