With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Returns & ReplacementsParts, Accessories and Clothing can be returned within 30 days of purchase instore or online.
Bikes + Frames can be returned within 14 days if ordered online and within 30 days for manufacturer faulty/damaged goods.Goods must be in original undamaged packaging and packed to prevent damage during transit.Goods must not have been fitted or used.We recommend using a recorded postal service.Online purchases: We are not responsible for the cost of returning items unless we sent you the wrong item or the item was damaged or faulty. With its simple mess free application there is very little waste as only 5 to 10ml of product is needed per clean and it is biodegradable too. Foaming chain cleaner does not use solvents or acids (citrus) to be effective, resulting in a safe product to use. To make the process even easier just use the chain cleaning sponge to scrub the chain and the gear brush to agitate the cassette, jockey wheels and chain-set. The cleaner is biodegradable and safe to use on anodising, carbon, plastics, rubber and painted surfaces.
