Returns & Replacements

Parts, Accessories and Clothing can be returned within 30 days of purchase instore or online.

Bikes + Frames can be returned within 30 days if ordered online.
Goods must be in original undamaged packaging and packed to prevent damage during transit, please contact us if you require advice on packaging.
Goods must not have been fitted or used and be suitable for resale
We recommend using a recorded postal service.
Online purchases: We are not responsible for the cost of returning items unless we sent you the wrong item or the item was damaged or faulty. In which case we will refund reasonable postal costs, excluding special delivery, premium postal services or international postage.
Instore purchases: All instore orders must be returned and collected from the store they were ordered from.
Cyclo Monster Limited is not responsible for compensating for any loss, time or costs in undertaking a return for any reason including warranty returns.
All return requests should be submitted in writing or via email.
Special orders items (i.e not instock at time of order and ordered in specifically for a customer) that are cancelled after order may incure a 15% restocking fee or loss of deposit.
We do not accept returns on custom bike builds, bikes that have been ridden or any other custom items.
NOTE: Please do not tape up or attach labels direct to the retail packaging, please wrap the product first.

The Nulane Race FE is kitted out with a full complement of accessories, ready to tackle everything from the daily commute to longer weekend tours.

This bike features a comfortable carbon fork that helps filter out road buzz. Grippy and fast-rolling 40mm Schwalbe G-One tyres help keep everything comfortable and under control. Shimano's Cues 2x10 gears provide the right ratio for any scenario. Powerful hydraulic disc brakes ensure safe stopping, whatever the weather throws your way.

The Nulane FE comes fully equipped with mudguards, a rear carrier, lights, and a kickstand. There are even lowrider rack points on the full carbon fork, if you need to carry even more luggage. This practicality does not sacrifice performance. Superlite double-butted aluminium frame tubes keep the weight down. Flat mount disc attachment points are added for sleek looks and optimal stopping performance. The frame is finished off with thru axles front and rear to ensure safe and predictable handling, whether laden or unladen.
