Returns & Replacements

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

🕒 Returns Window

• Parts, Accessories & Clothing: Return within 30 days (in-store or online)
• Bikes & Frames: Return within 30 days (online orders only)

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unfitted, and in resale condition
• Returned in original, undamaged packaging
• Properly packed to prevent damage in transit
  (Contact us if you need packaging advice)

⚠️ Important:
Please do not attach labels or tape directly to retail packaging — wrap the item securely first.

🚚 Returning Your Item

Online Orders

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs
• We recommend using a tracked/recorded delivery service
• If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will:
  • Refund reasonable return postage costs
    (Excludes premium/special delivery or international shipping)

In-Store Purchases

• Must be returned to the original store of purchase
• Collection will also be from that store

⚠️ Important Information

• Return requests must be submitted in writing or via email
• We are not responsible for loss, time, or costs incurred during returns (including warranty returns)

🔧 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Custom bike builds
• Used or ridden bikes
• Custom or made-to-order items

📌 Special Orders

Items ordered specifically for a customer (not held in stock):

• May incur a restocking fee if cancelled
• Or loss of deposit
