With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Returns & ReplacementsParts, Accessories and Clothing can be returned within 30 days of purchase instore or online.
Bikes + Frames can be returned within 14 days if ordered online and within 30 days for manufacturer faulty/damaged goods.Goods must be in original undamaged packaging and packed to prevent damage during transit.Goods must not have been fitted or used.We recommend using a recorded postal service.Online purchases: We are not responsible for the cost of returning items unless we sent you the wrong item or the item was damaged or faulty. The new Comfort Booster, branded and patented by Selle Italia, are designed and manufactured in highly comfortable material to ensure the best possible experience on the bike.
Unlike the normal saddle covers on the market, the Comfort Booster by Selle Italia has been made with a perfectly elastic material that allows you to wrap uniformly and precisely the entire surface of the saddle giving an elegant appearance to the product and avoiding annoying side slips. The cover is also completely “Water Resistant” and, therefore, perfectly washable by hand after every training or after every bike adventure.
Finally, the Comfort Booster is perfectly compatible with any saddle (Road and Off-Road) and is available in three different sizes (S, M and L) to suit all different saddle sizes.
