With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Bikes + Frames can be returned within 14 days if ordered online and within 30 days for manufacturer faulty/damaged goods.Goods must be in original undamaged packaging and packed to prevent damage during transit.Goods must not have been fitted or used.We recommend using a recorded postal service.Online purchases: We are not responsible for the cost of returning items unless we sent you the wrong item or the item was damaged or faulty. Srams 1x eagle component system boasts a twelve-speed cassette. We have built pulleys that can handle the load better than stock. These ceramicspeed pulley wheels work with less drag, adding to the power transmitted to the rear wheel, and greater durability, too, going longer between replacement intervals.
These pulleys are also fully compatible with the SRAM eagle axs derailleur.
The upper and lower pulleys both have a narrow-wide tooth design. Both pulleys have 14 teeth.
When you go with these, you need to choose between three options. Machined aluminum pulleys with our ceramicspeed balls in stainless steel-races. These win efficiency tests everywhere, dominating the manufacturers pulleys. The second has aluminum pulleys with our ceramicspeed balls in coated hardened-steel races. Third is machined titanium pulleys with our standard ceramicspeed balls installed in coated, hardened-steel races.Features:
