With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Returns & ReplacementsParts, Accessories and Clothing can be returned within 30 days of purchase instore or online.
Bikes + Frames can be returned within 14 days if ordered online and within 30 days for manufacturer faulty/damaged goods.Goods must be in original undamaged packaging and packed to prevent damage during transit.Goods must not have been fitted or used.We recommend using a recorded postal service.Online purchases: We are not responsible for the cost of returning items unless we sent you the wrong item or the item was damaged or faulty. The Classic cotton cycling cap made in Italy by Apis.Apis has been manufacturing caps for the majority of the pro cycling teams for decades. These caps are made from 35% cotton and come in one size.
Not only are these caps the business for those wanting a classic retro look. They are incredible when worn under a helmet: the band keeps the sweat from stinging your eyes. The peak is amazing at protecting you from the sun, but most importantly when the heavens open the peak is a lifesaver. If you never tried riding with one this is your chance, you wont be disappointed. We've got a great selection of classic designs with something to go with any jersey.
We recommend washing these by hand but you can get away with a 30 degree machine wash.
