With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Returns & ReplacementsParts, Accessories and Clothing can be returned within 30 days of purchase instore or online.
Bikes + Frames can be returned within 14 days if ordered online and within 30 days for manufacturer faulty/damaged goods.Goods must be in original undamaged packaging and packed to prevent damage during transit.Goods must not have been fitted or used.We recommend using a recorded postal service.Online purchases: We are not responsible for the cost of returning items unless we sent you the wrong item or the item was damaged or faulty. 2023 also sees Eovolt ebikes move to using more intuitive torque sensors which results in a much improved ride feel. Torque sensors deliver the assistance based on the pressure being put through the pedals so the system only gives you full motor assistance when you actually need it which also delivers improved battery efficiency particularly on flatter rides.
The folding cockpit and pedals provides a great storage solution for a full step through e bike , no more handlebars and pedals protruding into your hallway or where ever you store your bike. It also makes it a lot easier to stowaway on your bike rack on the back of your car or motorhome.
The larger frame and wheels with the 250w motor in addition to the torque sensor for 2023 adds to the effortless ride feel and will easily deal with any hill that is on your route.
