Returns & Replacements

Parts, Accessories and Clothing can be returned within 30 days of purchase instore or online.

Bikes + Frames can be returned within 30 days if ordered online.
Goods must be in original undamaged packaging and packed to prevent damage during transit, please contact us if you require advice on packaging.
Goods must not have been fitted or used and be suitable for resale
We recommend using a recorded postal service.
Online purchases: We are not responsible for the cost of returning items unless we sent you the wrong item or the item was damaged or faulty. In which case we will refund reasonable postal costs, excluding special delivery, premium postal services or international postage.
Instore purchases: All instore orders must be returned and collected from the store they were ordered from.
Cyclo Monster Limited is not responsible for compensating for any loss, time or costs in undertaking a return for any reason including warranty returns.
All return requests should be submitted in writing or via email.
Special orders items (i.e not instock at time of order and ordered in specifically for a customer) that are cancelled after order may incure a 15% restocking fee or loss of deposit.
We do not accept returns on custom bike builds, bikes that have been ridden or any other custom items.

The smooth, light Bosch SX motor and 400Wh battery deliver up to 60Nm of pedal assistance. Combined with the simple reliability of Shimano's 1x9 Cues gears and a strong, light Newmen Performance Gravel 25 wheelset, it's everything you need to deliver you to your destination swiftly and in great shape. Powerful Shimano hydraulic disc brakes and grippy Schwalbe tyres help keep you safe in all weathers. There's even a full set of luggage carrier and mudguard mounting points plus a pre-installed X-Connect cable, for a quick and easy upgrade to full weekday commuter or weekend tourer. City slicker or country explorer, it's entirely up to you.

Borrowing heavily from experience building light, fast and tough gravel bikes, the Nulane Hybrid C:62's carbon frame's organic curves and clean looks disguise serious intent. There's clearance for tyres up to 50mm, even with mudguards fitted. Luggage carrier mounting points are added both for the rear and on the full carbon fork, so you can tackle the weekday commute or a longer tour easily, and X-Connect makes fitting a lighting system easy. The Bosch drive system's control unit is incorporated into the top tube – with a mini handlebar remote – and you can add a 250Wh PowerMore booster battery to the frame for extended range. On the technical side, the hidden seat clamp, Direct Mount chain guide, flat mount kickstand interface, Boost rear end and UDH compatibility make this a future-proof bike for all reasons.
