With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Bikes + Frames can be returned within 14 days if ordered online and within 30 days for manufacturer faulty/damaged goods.Goods must be in original undamaged packaging and packed to prevent damage during transit.Goods must not have been fitted or used.We recommend using a recorded postal service.Online purchases: We are not responsible for the cost of returning items unless we sent you the wrong item or the item was damaged or faulty. Trek developed their own bb standard to optimize their frame designs. Bb90 has a 90.5mm shell width and 37mm inner diameter and is designed so that the bearings of external cups can hide within the frame..
The ceramicspeed kit comes as two bearings, which are then pressed into the frame. Those two bearings consist of either ceramicspeed standard or coated bearings. Both feature super smooth, super round ceramicspeed balls rotating in hardened-steel races. The coated version has a metallic coating laid onto the races, making it even smoother and harder, resulting in longer life and lower drag.Features:
